Our managers are trained to consider your building as an hotel ensuring that the combined team are monitoring all aspects of the guest experience whether the teams are directly employed by Bennett Hay or not.
Daytime housekeeping colleagues are trained to take responsibility for the combined support team whether our housekeeper, our receptionist, our waiter or our chef. Everyone takes ownership for ensuring all guest areas are clean and delivering on image.
Tamsin, our art and style specialist provides our clients with mood boards to ensure that every last detail is considered from the tailored uniform styles that change seasonally from the floral decorations to the meeting room pens and note paper, to the cloakroom token to the light refreshment on arrival, to the BH concierge information card for our guests onward journey.
It is the detailed planning that goes into these small details that make a big difference to our guests.
