Summary

We deliver an Ottolenghi style commercial café for Landsec and extend our hospitality to look after the individual needs of tenant companies within their prestigious office building housing 4000 guests.

Our role for Landsec is to provide added-value guest services to the tenant companies ensuring they are well looked after within the common areas of the building as well as their individual office areas.

Our room service offer enables our guests to pre-order food and beverage to be delivered to them or available at a pick up point to avoid a queue at the café.

We have used our guest touch point survey to study the guest experience and been able to offer just in time and as required services to the tenants within the building.
