Summary

We deliver a commercial restaurant and café for some 4000 guests within a prestigious multi-occupied office building.  Our service offering has grown over the years through understanding each of the individual occupier client needs.  These now include reception services, concierge, wellbeing collaborative healthy snacking food and drink, hospitality, fine dining, events, vending and pop ups.

Using the latest App technology, our room service offer enables our guests to pre-order food and beverage to be delivered to them or available at a pick up point to avoid a queue at the café.

We have used our guest touch point survey to study the guest experience and been able to offer just in time and as required services to the guests within the building.
