Alistair provides the culinary direction for our business, providing a very hand on approach to support our chefs in delivering exceptional food and service. His extensive experience combines that of Michelin starred restaurants around the world with mobilising and running the catering and fine dining kitchens for top FTSE 100 London based businesses. He brings knowledge of many sectors including banking, legal, advertising and media, property and business services. As a father of two children he lives in Hertfordshire and is a passionate traveller and food innovator.
