Bennett Hay is seeking a Floor Host to join our team in an exclusive corporate environment in Slough. As a Floor Host, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring their smooth transition through the building.

Position Details:

• Role: Floor Host
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, approximately 20 hours per week (flexibility required), overtime available. Previous experience in hospitality /catering is essential.
• Location: Exclusive corporate environment in Slough

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and welcoming greetings to building clients and their visitors.
• Manage the visitor booking in and out system efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard.
• Assist in preparing meeting rooms and ensuring cleanliness after use.
• Support with setting up, cleaning, and maintaining the staff coffee machine.
• Assist with support requests from clients and their guests.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences consistently.
• Friendly, open demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Previous reception experience is essential.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £16,000 per annum
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 20 hours per week (shift hours may vary).
• Holiday: 10 days per year (plus public holidays)
