As a leader in the UK legal market, Weil’s London office was keen to partner with a boutique London caterer experienced in looking after people’s wellbeing in agile, flexible and technically enabled workplaces.
Bennett Hay delivers a breakfast, lunch and evening service for the firm and a high-quality responsive hospitality, fine dining and events service for their internal and external guests.
Our initial focus was on the guest service flow and food design, to ensure we elevated the workplace dining at each service touchpoint. We trained the transferring team on the new steps of service mapping the desired experience in the restaurant and hospitality. Next, we introduced a modern brand identity for the restaurant and café with a new premium drinks section and fresh cooked-to-order food offerings tailored to our guests’ preferences at different times of their working day. We also invested in a new counter layout and light equipment make-over to improve the presentation.
