The perfect blended service is individual and personal. Our tailored approach is why we provide a slightly different service for each of our clients based on their brand, culture, building design and business activities.

For clients with a couple of office floors, we take on their in-house reception team and add in on-floor services to create a really efficient multi-skilled team – who are able to cover each other and look after both the internal and external guests wherever they are in the building. In terms of specific services this can include reception, telephony, barista bar service, hospitality and meeting room service, mailroom, porterage, reprographics and daytime housekeeping.

For larger building occupiers we connect the reception with the catering, hospitality and conferencing as well as the mailroom and porterage to create a team who are able to manage the entire guest experience under one management team and technology solution.

We are able to create your perfect service mix when we start to add enhancers including catering, events, concierge, technology, community building and nutritional advice.

Our service shaper is a free service for our clients to help them choose their perfect service mix. The process maps out all guest touchpoints for both the external and internal guest, where they are able to form a view of your brand, be it positive or negative.

This starts from first contact by phone, web or email, to outside your building, to your landlord reception and security then connecting with your reception and client lounge through to your meeting room, amenities and onward departure.

Each of these areas needs to be carefully curated to deliver the brand experience you feel reflects your business and work activities.

The service shaper, once agreed, provides us with a clear picture of the service you are looking for, the type of individuals you need to represent you and also the look and feel of what would fit with your brand.

Bennett Hay originally worked with The world’s leading global business publication to mobilise catering provision in their former HQ, before successfully operating both sites to ensure a smooth transition during the phased move to its new state-of-the-art headquarters.

At our client’s new home we help shape, manage and innovate the food, service and guest experience by delivering an extended range of blended services. This includes the hosting and welcome experience, as well as managing the restaurant and café, fine dining experiences and our client’s influential and extensive events calendar. An extended team of over 20 colleagues is responsible for nearly 70 meeting rooms, eight client dining rooms, an auditorium and roof terrace for 200 covers.
