A landmark in the London skyline, The Leadenhall Building is a thriving office space that’s home to world-renowned companies such as Aon, Aegon, Brit Insurance, Ipsoft and Virgin Money.
Bennett Hay is responsible for shaping a distinctive welcome experience, as well as delivering reception lobby pop-ups and events. We bring to life our well respected ‘guest-centric’ approach, tailoring our service provision to reflect the Leadenhall brand and the varying needs of the occupiers and visitors in every possible area.
To elevate the welcome experience in line with our client’s aspiration for a consistently exceptional guest service in a world class building, Bennett Hay enhanced the support to our onsite team. We have taken them through our transformation training programme including coaching workshops for supervisors, positive communication, international etiquette and anticipative service training to help lift the service experience. Tam, our stylist, is helping to reshape all of the finishing touches: from guest refreshment to a new tailor-made uniform for our team through to flowers, plants and music.
Our systems review enabled us to work closely together with the occupier receptions to develop a new access control system, allowing our team to register guests with more efficiency thereby greatly reducing the average check-in time.
As part of the future continual development, our events support team are working with TLB to develop an engagement programme of events for our occupiers to build on the incredible Leadenhall community.
