For clients with a couple of office floors, we take on their in-house reception team and add in on-floor services to create a really efficient multi-skilled team – who are able to cover each other and look after both the internal and external guests wherever they are in the building. For larger building occupiers we connect the reception with the catering, hospitality and conferencing as well as the mailroom and porterage to create a team who are able to manage the entire guest experience under one management team and technology solution.
